Five girls from the u12 team have been nominated for trials for the Cork Winter Training Programme they are Kelly Walsh, Amanda Palmer, Mary McGuane, Claire Christopher and Anna Harrington, Three girls from the u14 team have been nominated for trials for the u15's section of the Cork Winter Training Programme, they are Ciara O'Leary, Jayne O'Leary and Aisling Lee.

This year see's a new pilot scheme with the FAI it is an Emerging Talent Programme this is for the region of Munster, Ballinhassig have Shauna McCarthy, Aileen O'Leary from last years Gaynor u17 team and Miriam Reardon from the u13 team attending.

Katie McCarthy last years u17 player is now continuing her soccer playing by being called to the Cork u19 Representative Team that has entered into the West Cork League.
